Emerald Executive - Terms & Conditions
- Cancellation less than 2 hours before booking time will be charged at full rate
- Cancellation within 2-6 hours before the booking time will be charged at 50%
- Booking of 8 hours or more duration require 24 hours notice of cancellation
- Rates are subject to VAT
- Gratuities are NOT included
- Vehicles are equipped with mobile phones
- Vehicles are equipped with air conditioning and satellite navigation
- All vehicles and chauffeurs are fully licensed by the Public Carriage Office
- Emerald Executive UK Limited operate a non-smoking policy for the comfort of passengers. Convenient stops can be made; please arrange with the chauffeur
- A credit card deposit is required to confirm a booking
- Rates are subject to a 25% surcharge on public holidays; 50% surcharge for Christmas, Boxing and New Years Day
- Emerald Executive UK Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the car, however such loss or damage is caused
- Emerald Executive UK Limited cannot guarantee journey times and will not accept liability for delay caused by accidents, diversion, weather or other causes outside our control.
- Any damaged to the interior or exterior of our vehicles caused by the client will be charged accordingly
- A booking fee of £50 is required to hold the date and is non-refundable. Full payment will be required at least 24 hrs before the event. Cancellation on the day is fully chargeable.
- Invoices to Companies will be issued on the day of travel for payment within 14 working days
* Airport transfers include 30 minutes waiting time free of charge.
